Payments

We currently accept major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal and Etsy Gift Cards.

Shipping

We only ship to the United States and US Territories. All additional fees/taxes/charges for US territory shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that even though we ship orders out within specified time frame, we cannot guarantee package delivery by a certain date, as we have no control over the delivery time frame once the package leaves my hands. If you need your package rushed, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss upgraded delivery options.

Please be sure to double check that your ship to address is listed correctly during checkout, as this is the only address we will see when preparing your package for shipment. If package is sent to incorrect address due to incorrect shipping address listed, buyer will be held responsible for additional shipping to correct address.

Please Note: Sales tax of 6% will be added to all Florida orders.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and cancellations

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 3 business days of package receipt. We will work with you to make arrangements to ship the wreath back to us (at your expense). When item is received back here in original packaging and condition, we will refund you the amount of original purchase.

Additional

We do recommend that our handmade wreaths be displayed either indoors or in a protected outdoor area such as a covered porch, in order to prolong the life of your wreath. We do not recommend them being hung out in inclement weather.
